If you have an annual event that you want to look the same every year, mycause can help you replicate the event template, meaning the website your supporters see.
The process will only copy the website design. Your event settings are not duplicated. Please check and confirm each setting in your new event
For mycause admin to replicate your event template, please follow these steps;
- Log in to your Partner Dashboard and go to events in the left hand menu.
- Create your new event, with the new dates and any fundraising and registration settings included.
- Ensure that you have uploaded the fundraising page banners (both desktop and mobile) located at settings/fundraising page settings.
Once you have completed those three steps, please contact mycause admin and request an event replication, making sure to include both the event ID of the event you would like copied, and the new event you have created.
Your event ID can be located either on the Event Dashboard directly under your event name, or in the leftmost column of your event list in your Partner Dashboard.
Note that if you do not provide event IDs, admin will request you follow the above steps.
