To change or view your bank details.
1. Log in at mycause.com.au
2. You should land on your current Fundraising Page. If you do not, please scroll through your dashboard to the relevant fundraising campaign and click on it to open it
3. Go to the menu (three lines in the top right corner of your page) and select "Payout" from the dropdown
4. If you are in Australia then add your Australian bank. If you are outside Australia we will pay out to your Stripe or PayPal
Note all donations are paid out monthly on the first working day of the month. So for example March donations are paid on April 1 unless April 1 is a weekend day. Banks do not pay on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays in Australia.
