FUNDRAISER COSTS
There are no setup or ongoing costs associated with fundraising on mycause!
BENEFICIARY COSTS
Donors are requested to pay mycause a platform fee (also known as a "tip" or "donor pays") at the time of donating. It is optional for them. If the donor opts out of paying the fee, it will be subtracted from the donation.
The beneficiary always pays bank and credit card processing fees of 2.5% + GST
(mycause does not charge a .30cent loading per transaction)
Funds are sent to the beneficiary net of fees + GST at the start of each month.
REPORTS
You will receive remittance advice each month when your funds are deposited from mycause.
This remittance can also be downloaded in your mycause account under "Thank donors & Reports".
