Every Campaign has its own dashboard.
Once you have set up your Fundraising Campaign you can manage it in its Campaign Dashboard.
To do go to your Campaign Dashboard, log in to your Partner Dashboard and choose 'Campaigns & Appeals' from the left hand menu, then select the 'manage' button to the right of the Campaign you wish to manage.
Along the top of your Campaign Dashboard you will see your internal use campaign name on the left, and three actions on the right; 'View Campaign' opens your campaign page in a new tab, 'Edit campaign page' opens the campaign editor, and 'Copy page link' copies the campaign URL to your clipboard, to be pasted anywhere you need.
Directly below this is the campaign status, which you can change by clicking the triangle to the right of the word.
Next, the first of the three cards contains an overview of your campaign donations, including the sources and display amount (which may be different of you have matching turned on).
The second card contains a variety of actions and settings you can use to manage your campaign.
Campaign details is where you can change the campaign's internal name, target, matching, end date, and campaign owner.
Manage receipt text allows you to customise the receipt email your donors receive upon donating.
Manage 'Thank you' page allows you to customise the screen donors see confirming their donation has been processed.
Customise URL allows you to create a shortlink or subdomain for your campaign.
Link to an event allows you to connect the campaign to an event you have on mycause.
Enable Confetti turns on a confetti animation used to excite your supporters once your campaign reaches its target.
The third card has options to copy the campaign's donation widget code, or regular giving widget code to your clipboard, in order to paste the HTML code into your website for an embedded widget. This card also has an option to download a QR code for the campaign, which can be used in printed promotional material so supporters can scan the code and land on your campaign page.
The bottom of the Campaign Dashboard is a row of donation actions; 'Add donation' allows you to input offline donations (note that you will have to receipt these manually), 'Phone caller express form' copies the URL for the phone donation form to pass on to volunteers (this form has fewer fields to allow donations over the phone more efficiently), 'Thank donors' allows you to send a custom email to all donors seperate from the receipt email they receive automatically, and 'Download report' downloads a CSV spreadsheet of al donations to your campaign.
Finally, below this row of actions is a real time list of all donations to your campaign, including search bar and filter in case you need to find and manage specific transactions.
