PAYOUT
To check or change your payout method, log in to your Partner Dashboard and navigate to 'Account' in the left hand menu, then select 'Fees'. You will see a card for 'Bank account' and a card for 'Stripe'.
To provide mycause with your bank account details, please send the details on school letterhead to admin@mycause.com.au along with your entity code (three or four letters found under the school's name on the main Partner Dashboard.)
If you prefer to use Stripe as your payment gateway, select the orange circle on the 'Stripe' card, and make sure to click the 'Sign in with Stripe' button.
FEES
Your fee structure is located inside your mycause partner dashboard.
Log in and navigate to account details. You will see a card with a full breakdown of your current fee structure for each product.
