All donations made by credit card through the mycause payment gateway are held in the mycause Trust Account and are reconciled at the end of each month.
Funds are disbursed on the first working day of the next month.
Make sure your bank details are entered correctly in your account, go to your dashboard
Select the Fundraising Page
Click Manage Campaign
Click "Payout"
Funds are sent to the nominated bank account by EFT net of fees and charges.
Donation reports and remittance invoices can be found in your Dashboard
