When someone has registered for an event you manage, you can manage and edit their registration in multiple ways. To do this, go to 'Manage registration' on the left hand menu of your Event Dashboard. There you will see a list of everyone who has registered for your event, including those who have not completed their registration.
By clicking the 'manage' button next to the relevant participant, you will open their registration profile, where you will see multiple buttons on the right of the screen. Each of the buttons will allow you to manage the registration in a different way.
For those who have registered as an individual, you can;

For those who have registered within a team, you can;

For all participants who have registered, you can also edit which activity they have signed up for, and the answers to any questions you asked in the Q+A section.
For those who have an incomplete registration (meaning they have not yet paid), you can scroll to the very bottom of their profile to see a 'pay' button that opens a payment screen with both a credit card form, and a promotion code option, so you can have your participant give you their card details, or you can apply a promotion code.
