The mycause events platform offers a comprehensive email communication cycle for your event that is automated.
The communication to unpaid or unregistered participants is not automated - but there is a function to action this email
Go to your event. Select manage
Navigate to Marketing on the left hand side
Go to Email communications
Navigate to the last email option "Send customised email" and open the drop down.
Select send to inactive/unpaid participants
Write your text in the box provided and send
You may also tick the box to personalise each email with "Dear [name]"
