When you sell merchandise on your event, you can download detailed reports which contain the items sold, the purchasers' information (including shipping and billing information if requested), the total amount paid by each purchaser, and the tax status of their purchase.
To download your merchandise report, log in to your Partner Dashboard and go to 'Events' in the left hand menu, then click 'manage' next to the event through which you are selling merchandise.
On the Event Dashboard, go to 'Event Manage' and then 'Reports' in the left hand menu.
On the reports screen, choose the 'Merchandise & tickets' report from the dropdown menu, then select the From and To dates, including the earliest date merchandise was sold. Then, click the 'download report' button and the CSV will download onto your computer.
