mycause enables individuals, families and teams to fundraise when taking part in a fundraising event.
A fundraising team is made up of a number of fundraising individuals all fundraising for a team total.
Every fundraising group has a team captain who has team communication and member selection privileges.
As the event manager you can easily change the team captain in the events dashboard by selecting 'MANAGE GROUPS' and then clicking on the 'manage' button next to the group you are wanting to change the captain.
You then need to tick the box next to the individual you want to make team captain and click the button 'MAKE CAPTAIN'.
