When creating a fundraising event you are able to create a number of fundraising activities in the one event.
For example if creating a walk-a-thon you can create 5km, 10km and 20km activity options for a walk-a-thon.
If a participant accidentally chooses the incorrect activity when they register, you can edit their activity using the following steps.
1 - Log in to your Partner Dashboard and click on the 'events’ tab in the left hand menu, then click on the ‘manage’ button to the right of the relevant event.
2 - Once you are on your Event Dashboard, click 'Manage registration' in the left hand menu.
3 - Find the participant you need to change, which you can do by scrolling down through the registrations, or by searching using the participant's name or email, then click the 'manage' button to the right of their registration.
4 - On the Participant information screen, click on the 'edit' button next to 'Activity details' then select the correct activity for the participant and click the 'save' button.
NOTE: When changing the activity for a participant, the system does not take into account any difference in cost. So, if you are changing to a cheaper activity, ask the participant if they are happy for the difference in cost to be a donation, and if changing to a more expensive activity, ask the participant if they can donate the difference.
