You can add line by line offline donations to a Fundraising Page
This feature is only available to charity admins through the mycause events platform.
You can assist your fundraisers through your event dashboard.
Step1.
In your event dashboard, select the ‘Manage fundraising’ option under ‘Event Manage’ on the left-hand side of the screen.
Step 2.
Find the page of the fundraiser to add the offline donation (by scrolling through or using the search bar) and click the ‘actions’ button in line with their name.
Step 3.
Select the ‘Add donation’ option from the drop-down menu that appears.
Step 4.
Add the donor information in the spaces provided. Please note that the first four fields (above the line) are for the information that will appear in your own reporting. The information below the line will appear on the fundraiser’s page.
- If the donor wishes to be anonymous, then you will need to type ‘Anonymous’ as the display name.
- Selecting the ‘Hide line item’ checkbox will add to the amount raised on the page tally without listing the individual donation.
Step 5.
Click ‘create offline donation’ to save.
