The mycause events platform allows an event manager to manage each particpant including team members.
To move a team member to their own team
Step 1
Navigate to registrations in your left hand menu.
Find the participant's registration file using search (by name or email) and click manage
Step 2
Once the record is open select "view team"
Step 3
The team record will open (You can directly reach this record by selecting "Teams and Families" in your left navigation too)
Click the icon for "move to another group"
Step 4
All available groups will appear in the drop down menu. Please choose the group.
The participant will be moved along with all their donations
