You are able to send support requests, and see your support request history through your charity's Partner Dashboard.
Log in to mycause using your email address connected to the Partner Dashboard, and go to the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Click on 'Help' and then 'Help desk ticket activity'
This will open a page with all of your requests, with information such as when the request was created, when the last response was, and the current request status.
You can click on the subject to open the request thread, and click the 'Raise a help desk ticket' button in the top right corner to start a new request thread.
