As a signed partner with mycause, you have access to a Partner Dashboard where you can see all of your fundraising and donation activity. You can manage this data on mycause, and download reports.
Donation data:
To view your donation activity, log in to your Partner Dashboard and select 'Donations & Transactions' from the left hand menu. This will bring up your reporting options, and below that, your transaction list.
When downloading a report, there are a few to choose from based on what kind of information you need. You can also decide to download the report for a specific month, or add your own timeframe.
NOTE: For the first four items, the donation/merchandise reports contain a line by line breakdown spreadsheet. The donation/merchandise invoices contain a lump sum record of what will be paid to you.
If you are looking for a specific transaction, you can search for it using the relevant name, email address, or receipt number, or filter the transactions by type.
Each transaction also has an 'actions' button, where you can view the transaction's details, download a PDF version of the receipt, or send a thank you email.
Fundraising data:
To view your fundraiser activity select the 'Fundraisers' option in the left hand menu of your Partner Dashboard. This will bring up your reporting options and activity log.
Downloading fundraising reports is a bit different to donations. You need to filter by what types of fundraisers you want in the report (community fundraisers, campaigns you created, p2p event pages) and whether you want to see pages that are current (active) or finished (inactive). Select a month for the reporting or enter a timeframe, then you can either display the results in the activity log below, or download the report spreadsheet.
As with the donations screen, you are able to search for specific fundraisers using the name of the page. You can also click 'manage' next to each fundraiser to see more detail, make changes, and more.
