If you have updated your organisation's branding or messaging, you can update these through your Partner Dashboard to ensure consistency across your website and fundraising solutions.
There are three places in your dashboard that you will need to update; receipt messaging, organisation details, and profile page.
Receipt messaging:
To change the thank you message that donors receive as part of their donation receipt email, log in to your Partner Dashboard and navigate to 'Donation forms', then 'Global settings' in the left hand menu
Click on the arrow to the right of the 'Receipt' section, and type into the text boxes for the subject line and receipt text.
Make sure to scroll to the bottom of the section when you are finished to click 'save'.
Organisation details:
There are many details you may wish to update as part of your organisation's branding and messaging, such as your display name, logo, or short description text.
To edit these (and more) navigate to 'Account' and then 'Account Details' in the left hand menu of your Partner Dashboard.
Here you will be able to edit the organisation's:
- Name for display
- Website
- Physical address
- Phone number
- Short description
- Logo
- Primary brand colour
- Social media links
Make sure to click 'save' after making any changes.
NOTE: information such as your ABN and offical name cannot be changed and are greyed out on purpose.
Profile page:
Your profile page is a public facing page that contains all of your quick links and donation options.
To edit this page, navigate to 'Account' and then 'Profile page' on the left hand menu of your Partner Dashboard.
This will open a new tab with your profile page editor.
The logo and colour on the profile are controlled by the settings in the 'Account Details' section (see above).
You can change the text in the left block by clicking the 'Edit text' button and typing into the box (or copy pasting large amounts of text).
